END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

IMPORTANT: Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using the services provided by FishnDrop (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

This Agreement governs your use of the FishnDrop online ordering platform for food orders, which includes all associated services and materials provided by FishnDrop (the “Service”).

1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, FishnDrop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, solely for the purpose of placing orders for food.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not: 
a) Modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service or any part of it. 
b) Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. 
c) Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any content or features provided by FishnDrop. 
d) Exploit the Service in any manner that could harm, disable, or overburden the website or app.

3. USER ACCOUNT
To use the Service, you may need to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. PAYMENT TERMS
All orders placed through the Service are subject to availability and may require payment via the methods provided by FishnDrop. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including taxes and fees. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, and FishnDrop is not responsible for any payment processing issues.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Service, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and images, is owned by FishnDrop or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use these materials without express written permission from FishnDrop.

6. TERM AND TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing use of the Service. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of this Agreement.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Service is provided “as is,” and FishnDrop makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding the Service’s operation or availability. FishnDrop does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FishnDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FishnDrop, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or your violation of this Agreement.

10. PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Service is also governed by FishnDrop’s Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. By agreeing to this EULA, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

11. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
FishnDrop reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and the revised version will be effective immediately upon posting.

12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
