IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before making a reservation or using the services provided by Taste of the City Gourmet LLC dba Fish N Drop (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking a reservation, making a payment, entering the venue, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms govern all reservations, payments, visits, and activities at Fish N Drop, including dining experiences, events, and any related services provided on the premises.
1. BYOB AND GLASSWARE POLICY
Guests are welcome to bring their own bottles. All bottles must be held and served by our staff upon request. Each guest is required to purchase a glass from the venue for a $10 fee. Outside cups, glasses, or drinkware are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
2. LIABILITY AND SAFETY WAIVER
By making a reservation and entering the premises, guests acknowledge and agree that Taste of the City Gourmet LLC dba Fish N Drop is not responsible for any personal injury, altercations, accidents, or incidents that may occur on the premises. Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with their visit and hereby waive any and all claims of liability against the Company for injuries, damages, or safety-related issues to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
Guests are solely responsible for informing our staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to ordering or dining. While ingredients may be disclosed upon request, Fish N Drop is not liable for allergic reactions or dietary issues.
4. SMOKING AND INHALATION POLICY
The venue assumes no responsibility for any issues, reactions, or consequences related to smoking or the inhalation of any substances. Guests participate in such activities at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their actions.
5. RESERVATION, PAYMENT, AND MEMBERSHIP POLICY
All reservations are subject to availability and venue rules, including timing, table duration, late arrivals, and cancellation policies. Certain reservations may require full or partial payment at the time of booking.
By completing a payment, the guest automatically enrolls as a Fish N Drop Member. Membership is granted upon successful payment and confirmation and may include access to member-only benefits, offers, communications, or events, as determined by the Company from time to time. Membership benefits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued at the Company’s sole discretion.
Membership does not guarantee availability, preferential seating, or future discounts unless explicitly stated by the Company.
6. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OR MEMBERSHIP
Taste of the City Gourmet LLC dba Fish N Drop reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and any associated membership benefits at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
